Refunds

CANCELLATION / RETURN / REFUND POLICY
 

You may cancel the purchase at any time before we have shipped and we will cancel the sale with no charge.

Once we have shipped we will accept any item for return -

  • If the item has been damaged in shipment you must advise us within 48 hours of receipt and keep packaging.
  • If you wish to return or exchange then you must advise us within 7 days of receipt.
  • The item must be returned to us for assessment within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will refund the cost of the item within 2 working days of receipt.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged we will refund return postage cost.
  • If the item is not damaged we will not pay the return postage.
     

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
