All items are shipped within 2 working days of cleared payment having been received.
With the exception of the Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland all items are shipped using DHL (trackable reference) and Royal Mail first class (not trackable). Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland items are shipped using Parcelforce (trackable reference) and Royal Mail first class (not trackable).

International Deliveries
 

International Deliveries are made using Royal Mail International Airmail (not trackable).
Expected Time of delivery varies for different Countries but is expected to be between 5 and 15 working days.
